Cancellation & Refund Policy

I understand that sometimes life changes and appointments need to be moved.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please give as much notice as you can so I have the opportunity to offer that time to someone else.

• More than 48 hours' notice: you may reschedule or cancel your appointment without charge.

• Between 24 and 48 hours' notice: 50% of the session fee will be retained.

• Less than 24 hours' notice: the full session fee will be retained.

• Missed appointments or no-shows: the full session fee will be retained.

I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances do happen, and these can always be discussed with me individually.
